I realize 5 PIDs is a lot, but I am asking for:
The main reason I am asking for separate XInput and HID PIDs is the modes have different USB interfaces, and both Windows (driver binding) and SDL (controller mappings) go by VID:PID, so each mode needs its own PID to work reliably
